Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior IT Lead who can roll up their sleeves to solve complex technical challenges while also driving improvements to our IT environment. This role blends day to day technical execution with strategic problem solving, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with technology while also shaping how the IT function evolves.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the escalation point for advanced technical issues across systems, networks, cloud, and applications.

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and enterprise applications.

Implement and maintain IT security measures, including patching, endpoint protection, and access controls.

Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects from start to finish.

Manage IT assets, documentation, and configurations.

Assess current IT systems and processes; recommend and implement enhancements.

Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization.

Develop lightweight IT procedures and guidelines that improve efficiency without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Provide input into IT strategy, tools, and architecture to support long-term scalability and security.

Work closely with business teams to understand IT needs and deliver effective solutions.

Support end users with escalated requests while mentoring junior IT staff where needed.

Coordinate with vendors/partners on specialized solutions and support cases.
Qualifications:

5 years of hands-on IT experience across systems, networks, cloud, and security.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Experience leading technical projects or acting as a senior resource in IT teams.

Familiarity with IT best practices, but comfortable in lean environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Our client provides a variety of additional benefits to its employees.
