Wingz partners with West Virginia's Medicaid transportation program to get members to essential medical appointments — and we have more scheduled trips in this area than drivers to cover them.

- Steady weekday demand. Nearly all trips here run Monday–Friday during the day, so we're looking for drivers available on weekdays. You choose which trips to accept and there are no set shifts or hours. As an independent contractor (1099), you set your own availability.
- Recurring riders, recurring routes. Most trips take members to dialysis and recovery treatment programs — standing appointments, often three times a week, same rider, same route. Once you're established, your week fills itself.
- Pay you can count on. Every ride pays at least $10 — many pay more. If your first 100 rides total less than $1,000, we cover the difference. See exact pay for every trip before you accept — no bidding, no guessing.
- Weekly direct deposit.
- Work that matters. Riders depend on these appointments. Drivers with high completion rates become the drivers members request again.
Requirements: 25 or older; 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer recommended); valid license, insurance, and registration; safe driving record. Background check and drug screen are completed during onboarding. If you have a current State Inspection document, we can verify it's still valid and you won't need to complete a separate vehicle inspection.
