General Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on General Manager – Georgia to steer our market’s growth and operational excellence. You’ll be accountable for expansion, driver engagement, compliance, routing, and partnerships - with hospitals, brokers, and healthcare providers. This role is remote-first, but you should be willing to get into the field when needed - whether that’s visiting brokers, hospitals, or riding with drivers - to stay close to our operations.

What You’ll Do

• Grow the Georgia market: scale driver base, partnerships, and trip volume while maintaining high service standards.
• Lead a high-performing team: Mentor and develop a team.
• Drive operational efficiency: optimize trip routing and create/enforce scalable policies.
• Use data to drive performance: pull data, monitor KPIs and dashboards, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve driver engagement, trip growth, and overall reliability.
• Advocate via app usage: regularly use the driver app and relay product feedback for improvement.
• Build partnerships and drive sales: establish and grow relationships with hospitals, brokers, and healthcare providers to expand trip volume and revenue.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation - preferably in strategy or market growth.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams with accountability for KPIs or performance metrics.
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills, ideally with institutional or healthcare partners.
• Experience building and improving operational processes.
• Comfortable using data and reports to guide decisions, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
• Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Based in Georgia, with flexibility to work remotely and willingness to be in the field as needed (e.g., client meetings, compliance checks, or operational support).

• Background in high-growth, customer-and-supply-facing businesses such as rideshare, logistics, healthcare services, or other marketplace platforms.
• Experience scaling a transportation or local operations market effectively.
