WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider, comprised of three distinct business units that cater to SMB and B2G clients. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to help generate relevant digital and print content and employer branding initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, personable, and capable of learning the intricacies of a diverse set of products, industries, and internal systems. This is a temporary, full-time internship for the summer of 2026.

The Responsibilities Of The Position May Include
- Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in each division.
- Maintain accurate notes, calendars, tasks for both prospect related activities and internal Marketing initiatives.
- In conjunction with our Marketing Coordinator, generate new sales leads across all divisions through various marketing efforts, including:
- Email campaigns
- Coordinated Events & Webinars
- Social Media Management
- Digital Content Creation
- Coordinated drop-off campaigns
- Take part in writing regular marketing content, to include:
- Brochures, whitepapers, and blogs
- Scriptwriting and project guidance for corporate videos and webinars
- Develop and execute employer-branding campaigns, including:
- Seeking publicity opportunities and acting as liaison with external media and advertising
- Circulating press releases and submitting award nominations for media and community attention

- Bachelor's degree required
- Must present a polished, professional image to prospects
- Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week
- Able to learn new environments and technologies quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and flexible, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
