WingSwept is an employee-owned company seeking a Data and System Support Analyst within our application development division, to provide technical support for our Case Management and Tracking System (CMTS) across both cloud-hosted and on-premise deployments. This position combines system administration, data analysis, and customer support to ensure reliable operation of CMTS for government agencies investigating fraud and abuse. Primary Responsibilities
- System Administration & Support
- Monitor and maintain CMTS hosting environments in AWS/ECS (Linux/Docker containers)
- Support on-premise Windows server deployments of CMTS Service
- Perform OS patching, server setups/tagging, and backup configurations
- Conduct backup and restore testing (daily/weekly tasks)
- Install and manage SSL certificates
- Perform CMTS installations and updates for hosted and on-premise clients
- Connect to Linux bastion hosts for file-based management tasks
- Troubleshoot Windows server issues and analyze application logs
- Add new hosted clients to Terraform infrastructure configurations
- FedRAMP Compliance & Security
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly FedRAMP compliance tasks
- Conduct security vulnerability scans and remediation
- Perform security audits and monitoring
- Work collaboratively with the Configuration Control Board to reduce
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop custom reports for clients (Excel XML with SQL queries)
- Perform database queries to investigate issues and analyze data
- Support data migrations and test migrations
- Assist with data entry tasks for internal and external projects
- Documentation & Process Improvement
- Document customer configurations and management procedures
- Maintain internal processes and procedures documentation
- Update knowledgebase for team continuity
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in AWS
- Provide technical architecture recommendations
- Customer Support
- Handle technical support for internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot escalated customer issues
- Review logs and perform SQL queries to diagnose problems
- Configure properties files for customer environments
- Ensure service levels meet SLA expectations
- Work with team to provide technical specifications for customer service

- Must be able to pass both Department of Defense and corporate criminal background checks and drug test. US citizenship is required
- High school diploma, secondary education preferred
- Strong SQL skills for database queries and custom report development
- Three years of IT or related experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills for daily interactions with employees and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to others and lead by example
