Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Team Member to join our kitchen staff. The BOH team member plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of kitchen operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality meals and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist with prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and supporting line cooks during service.
- Cooking Support: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following recipes and portion standards.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and follow all food safety regulations.
- Stock & Inventory: Receive, store, and rotate inventory; keep prep stations stocked and organized.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards according to local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Prior kitchen or BOH experience is preferred but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
