Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Shift Team Leader at Wingstop. The Shift Leader will work closely with the General Manager to help supervise staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring all employees are performing their duties efficiently.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Keeping track of stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and reducing waste.
- Assisting in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching and support to the team.
Qualifications
- Previous team leader experience in a restaurant or food service- Required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe Certification- Preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience working with Aloha POS systems.
- All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet fluctuating business demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
