Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead the team in their absence
- Convey and uphold Wingstop’s culture and mission to serve the world flavor
- Delegate tasks and manage shift activities, including opening and closing duties
- Resolve customer issues and assist team members with troubleshooting
- Document and report operational matters to upper management
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
