Up to $17.71 per hour (Santa Fe, NM area)
Up to $17.82 per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene)
Up to $19.20 per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro)
Up to $19.56 per hour (Washington)

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.
Shift Leaders are responsible and accountable for assisting and supporting all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance. Our Shift Leaders oversee and lead the performance of all restaurant employees, and ensure the expectations of all guests are exceeded.
