Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee catering and banquet services to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, catering, and banquet management.
