Key Responsibilities
- Taking and giving out orders to the kitchen staff in a quick and efficient manner
- Communicating effectively with crew members and kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Balancing cash drawers and resolving customer queries in a professional manner
- Replacing food items if necessary and maintaining a clean and stocked front-of-house area
- Practicing safe handling procedures and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Receiving and addressing customer complaints, escalating issues to management as needed
- Operating computerized register (POS) systems with ease and accuracy
- Maintaining excellent cash handling skills and adhering to food safety protocols
Requirements
- Food Handler Certification required
