Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff in areas such as customer service, food handling, and kitchen management.
- Oversee the implementation of POS systems, including Aloha POS , for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation in both quick service settings.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
- Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Background in hospitality management preferred.
- Familiarity with training & development practices to enhance team performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
