Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. This is a hands-on, hourly role that actively participates in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads
- Deliver and model exceptional guest service; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws
- Step into operational roles (front-of-house and back-of-house) as needed to support the team
- Help drive team performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Pay Range: $17 per hour – $20 per hour
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
