Wingstop Shift Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team. This position requires strong leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and the ability to train and develop team members while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
• Manage staff performance by providing training, development, and support to team members.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Coordinate catering services as needed, ensuring all customer requests are met with high-quality food and service.
• Help create a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication among staff.
• Assure guest satisfaction.
• Support cooking operations as needed, including food preparation and cooking tasks.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is ;preferred
• Culinary experience is a plus; familiarity with cooking techniques is beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively with strong leadership skills.
• Background in training development is advantageous for fostering team growth.
• Knowledge of budgeting practices will contribute to operational success.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
