WHO WE ARE |
Wingstop has been changing the flavor game since 1994, when our very first restaurant opened in Garland, Texas. Known as ‘The Flavor Experts,’ our mission is to Serve the World Flavor, and we are just getting started. Wingstop is one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry with our sights set on becoming a top 10 global restaurant brand.
At Wingstop, we are dedicated to elevating life through flavor – serving craveable classic and boneless wings, tenders and chicken sandwiches, cooked to order and hand sauced-and-tossed in fans’ choice of 12 bold, distinctive flavors. Our menu features signature sides including seasoned fries and our famous ranch and bleu cheese dips, made in restaurant each morning.
Bringing the flavor isn’t just something we do with our food – it’s a principle that guides everything we do as a company. Above all else, our people are Wingstop’s competitive advantage, anchored in a value system that our restaurant team members and Global Support Center teams stand behind. Our teams are encouraged to bring their flavor to work every day, contributing to a crave-worthy culture that sets Wingstop apart.

WHAT WE’LL NEED | The Associate Manager of Corporate Communications will play a key role in amplifying Wingstop’s corporate reputation by driving strategic communications to our brand partners (franchisees) and preparing Wingstop’s executive team with content and messaging for high-visibility moments. Reporting to the Senior Manager of PR, this role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, confident and compelling communications.
You’ll be a go-to voice behind the scenes – crafting communications for our brand partner community across the globe and setting our execs up to show up strong in speaking engagements, brand partner touchpoints, award opportunities and beyond.

WHO YOU ARE |
No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to help. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.
You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems – you bring solutions, ideas and perspectives that move the team forward.
You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast and keep pushing forward.
You lead with empathy, respect and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.
You push yourself and others to be better. You embrace healthy conflict, knowing that great ideas and strong teams emerge from honest, constructive conversations. You believe that leaders create leaders and are committed to fostering a culture of growth, challenge and continuous improvement.
