Wings Over is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our team. As a Manager-In-Training, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant.

- Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over
- Demonstrates knowledge of core products, processes, and workstations; positively coaches Crew Members on such items
- Plans, identifies, and communicates appropriate responsibilities and duties to store Crew Members to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Anticipates obstacles and takes action to prevent or minimize their impact
- Keeps all workstations clean and organized and coaches team to do the same; follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Assists General Manager in managing store staffing levels, conducting performance reviews, setting goals to improve performance, and analyzing financial reports
- Other related duties as assigned
- At least one (1) year of store-level management experience with two (2) years of hospitality experience
- Serv-Safe Certification required
- Flexible schedule - available nights, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Able to manage store operations independently
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Able to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to coach and mentor others
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Legal US work authorization
