*Job Overview* As a Kitchen Manager at our establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive dining experience for our guests. *Duties* - Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking - Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train new kitchen employees on cooking techniques and company policies - Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery *Requirements* - Previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen management role, preferably in a restaurant or casual dining setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - - Proficiency in budgeting and cost control measures - Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
