Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager – Mobile Primary Care to oversee administrative and operational functions for a mobile primary care practice . This role supports clinicians delivering care in patient homes, assisted living facilities, and community settings, ensuring seamless operations, timely provider onboarding, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient service.
Mobile Practice & Office Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations for a mobile primary care program, ensuring efficient workflows across field-based and office teams
- Supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate provider schedules, routing, and logistics to support mobile care delivery
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures specific to mobile healthcare operations
- Manage patient scheduling, referrals, documentation workflows, and medical records coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for patients, caregivers, facilities, and community partners
- Manage office supplies, mobile equipment, and vendor relationships
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations, including those applicable to mobile and home-based care
- Support audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews as required
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in healthcare office management a
- Experience supporting mobile, home-based, or community-based healthcare programs preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Proficiency with EHR systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in mobile primary care, home-based primary care, or post-acute care settings
- Familiarity with revenue cycle workflows related to mobile or home-based services
