We are looking for someone like you to join our team and be the liaison between the providers in our communities and our hospice.
The Clinical Liaison is responsible for the promotion of all programs of Wings of Hope to healthcare professionals. This will involve marketing our services to referring hospitals and medical facilities, interacting with their discharge planners, social workers, physicians, etc. in order to help build the agency’s census with appropriate patients. The Clinical Liaison refers clients to the Journeys Advanced Illness Management program and the Hospice Program.
This position requires daily travel.
Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or pharmaceutical professional preferred. One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting helpful. BA/BS preferred. One to two years of home care or hospice experience preferred.
· Must practice ethical marketing strategies compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
· 2 years of marketing, business development or related experience.
· Able to design and implement health care marketing strategies.
· High initiative. Proven track record of delivering results.
· Excellent observation, writing and presentation skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, good analytical and deduction skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills and computer skills.
· Able to work in stressful conditions with a positive attitude.
· Self-directed, outgoing, innovative, organized and able to multi-task.
· Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with organization requirements.
Wings of Hope Hospice provides care to patients wherever they live, in private homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.
