Wings is hiring Residential Support Staff to work directly with teens navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This is a relationship-based role — you’ll be a consistent, positive adult helping clients build skills, stability, and confidence.

We are looking for dependable team members who can stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and help create consistency for both clients and coworkers. Experience in residential, behavioral health, caregiving, or human services is preferred.

Some shifts can be challenging — clients may push boundaries or become upset. Staying calm, consistent, and not taking things personally is key to success in this role.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and support adolescents in daily routines
• Build appropriate, professional relationships
• Maintain structure, safety, and expectations
• Support activities, recreation, and outings
• Communicate with counselors and team members
• Document behavior and daily events
• Administer medications after training
• Assist with family visits and communication
• Help maintain consistency and teamwork within the program

Requirements:

• 19 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred)
• Pass a background check
