Wings is a residential treatment facility dedicated to helping adolescents heal, grow, and build a foundation for long-term recovery.
Position Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must consent to a background check
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Minimum of one weekend shift required
Responsibilities
Residential Support Staff are responsible for providing consistent supervision and support to residents, including:
- Acting as a positive role model for youth
- Maintaining appropriate boundaries with all clients
- Providing dependable and consistent supervision
- Communicating effectively with counselors, administration, and clients
- Administering medications after training by nursing staff
- Documenting client behavior and daily activities
- Facilitating family visits, phone calls, and Zoom calls
- Transporting clients to outings, recreation, and programming
- Supporting communication with the multidisciplinary team, including the residential manager and administration
- Overnight staff perform moderate cleaning duties
Duties may vary by shift and are not limited to those listed above.
