We are hiring an experienced Pump Rig Operator to join our field service crew. This position is responsible for operating a pump/well service rig to pull and install submersible pumps, turbines, and related irrigation equipment. Work is hands‑on, outdoors, and often fast‑paced during peak seasons.
What You’ll Do
- Operate pump/well service rig safely and efficiently
- Pull and install submersible pumps, turbines, and column pipe
- Assist with rigging, lifting, and mechanical field work
- Perform basic troubleshooting and field repairs
- Maintain equipment, tools, and worksite safety
- Work long days during irrigation season as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating a pump rig or well service rig (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding labor
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work as part of a small crew
Pay & Benefits
- Performance‑based pay: $40,000–$80,000 per year

Schedule
- Full‑time
- Typical days range from 8–14 hours depending on job load and season
- Saturdays during peak irrigation season
