Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store outlets with attention to detail
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales efficiently
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a strong team
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
• Maintain financial and statistical records, manage budgets
• Set and motivate staff to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management
• Provide opportunities for staff advancement and manage benefits

• Strong commercial awareness and confidence
• Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and teamworking skills
