This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Franchise Business Consultant. The primary responsibility will be to support franchisees in achieving business goals and driving performance. Responsibilities include assisting with business planning, providing guidance on franchising operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, analyzing profit and loss performance, and delivering management consulting services to optimize operations. The consultant will act as a liaison between the corporate team and franchisees, fostering successful partnerships.
- Proven experience in Business Planning and strategic operational support
