Certified Lifeguard

JOB PURPOSE: The key purpose of the certified lifeguard is to provide a safe aquatic experience for all residents/swimmers
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Qualifications:
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
- Knowledge of lifesaving methods and procedures, including first aid and standard resuscitation measures.
- Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies.
- Ability to perform rescue actions, administer first aid and CPR.
