About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining theoverall condition of the property, completing service requests, and ensuring asafe and comfortable environment for residents.
$23.00–$24.00/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)
On-Call & Emergency Response Required
What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to prepare apartments for new residents
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems
- Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance
- Work with vendors and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed
What You Bring
- 1 year of maintenance experience in residential, apartment, or related field
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to participate in on-call rotation
- Ability to safely handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving equipment
- Personal cell phone required for communication and on-call responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and availability for on-call rotation
