Full-Time |Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM On-Call Rotation

WhatYou’llDo

As aMaintenance Technician, you will:

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
• Maintain grounds,common areas, and equipment
• Identifyand resolve maintenance issues proactively
• Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

What YouBring

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of maintenance experience
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility for on-call rotation and after-hours needs
• HVAC/EPA certification (preferred)

Schedule& Requirements

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call rotation (with mileage reimbursement)
• Flexibility for schedule adjustments as needed
