Houskeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly arranged.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in organizing storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members positively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
