Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Houseman to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas while supporting the housekeeping and laundry departments. This position plays a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and well-maintained property.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting rooms
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash throughout the property
- Stock housekeeping supply closets and replenish linens as needed
- Assist room attendants by stripping guest rooms and delivering supplies
- Support the laundry department as needed during each shift
- Set up and break down meeting rooms for events
- Respond to guest and staff requests promptly
- Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Availability
- Open availability preferred
- Must be available to work day, weekends, and holidays as needed
