Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Conduct night audits when required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's commitment to hospitality excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if necessary.
