Duties
- Greet guest with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while providing accurate information.
- Perform tasks on a hotel PMS system
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels.
Skills
- Prefer knowledge of hotel PMS systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Prior office management or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry is essential.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems to handle high call volumes smoothly.
- Prior hotel experience is highly recommended but training is given
