Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, floor care, hotel, industrial cleaning, custodial services, and housekeeping management. This position involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests.
Duties
- Clean and tidy guest rooms following hotel standards, including making beds, replacing linens, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
-Deep‑clean bathrooms: scrub toilets, sinks, showers/tubs; clean mirrors; sanitize fixtures; replace towels; restock toiletries.
- Restock amenities such as coffee supplies, soap, shampoo, stationery, and other guest items
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Experience
- Proven experience as a hotel housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Excellent customer service-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
