Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the food and breakfast area of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of facility
- Perform Landscaping.
- Ensure trash is emptied and equipment is properly maintained.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while using equipment and chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain an organized storage area for supplies and equipment.
- Assist with cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with maintenance or landscaping.
- Experience in hotel is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
