We are looking for an experienced Lifestyle Director to join our growing team to plan, guide, and enhance One Wingate Way's Lifestyle Program.
OVERVIEW :
The Lifestyle Director is responsible for planning, guiding, and enhancing One Wingate Way's Lifestyle Program. The Director is responsible for building relationships with our residents to facilitate the social and physical well-being of each individual. They are expected to stay at the forefront of health and wellness trends and cultural activities and maintain One Wingate Way as the premier independent senior living location where individuals can maximize their potential and quality of life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee individualized and group health and wellness, spa, and fitness programs.
- Develop and maintain a well-rounded schedule for residents.
- Incorporate educational, cultural and wellness offerings, both on-site and off-site.
- With resident feedback, ensure all residents have access to a wellness program that meets their needs.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events, some of which may be in the evening and on weekends.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding individual resident's social wellness.
