Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. As a Restaurant Manager, you will help manage staff, budget effectively, and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement effective budgeting strategies to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate catering services and special events to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management, preferably in a quick service fast food environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management within the restaurant industry.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
