What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader/Shift Leader position at Wing Snob of Plymouth / Taylor Michigan?
Principal Duties & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for overseeing operational activities for the restaurant during a shift, driving outstanding operational performance including but not limited to: Training and development of new crew members. Ensuring customer satisfaction; forwarding complaints or concerns to the General Manager Maintaining operational standards Cleanliness, sanitation, and safety Opening and closing the restaurant.
Responsible for receiving, and storage of food, beverage, supplies, and smallware’s, in accordance with the established procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws. 3. Maintain a safe work environment for crew and ensure that the restaurant and equipment are always clean and in good working order. 4. Monitor and clean seating area tables and chairs plus restrooms
Working alongside other staff making sure standards are kept high, a mix of evening, day and weekend shifts, opening and closing store experience would be preferred, includes counting cash, prepping chicken, keeping everything topped up and prepared for the day, taking stock information, placing orders, dealing with complaints from customers. Will start on part time hours but potentially move to full time in the future. Interviews will start next week
