- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer transactions including cash handling, processing cash and card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by sanitizing surfaces, bussing tables, and adhering to sanitation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities.
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Support retail sales transactions when applicable, including stocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Assist in food industry tasks such as serving customers at the counter or drive-thru, managing queues, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Experience
