Responsibilities

• Monitor entry points to verify IDs and restrict access to authorized individuals only
• Enforce venue policies and manage crowd behavior to prevent conflicts or disturbances
• Respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during incidents or security breaches
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unlawful activity and ensure the safety of staff and guests
• Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields preferred
• Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management highly desirable
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and confidence
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patrons, staff, and emergency personnel
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly over extended periods
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts calmly while enforcing rules fairly

• Security : 2 years (Preferred)
• Bouncing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
