We’re looking for motivated and dependable Shift Leaders to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who can lead by example, stay organized during high-volume shifts, and create a positive environment for both customers and crew.
Responsibilities
Lead and support team members during daily operations
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Handle cash management and register accountability
Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Train and coach team members on company procedures
Help manage shift flow, task delegation, and team performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment
Requirements
Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Weekend and late-night availability required
Must be able to work shifts ending at 2:00 AM
ServSafe certification preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
