About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical skills, enabling them to work closely with business stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions, configure applications, and deliver technical integrations and reports within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and support:
- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Oracle Absence Management
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional design documents.
- Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support UAT, data validation, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Design and develop reports using:
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Create and maintain inbound/outbound data extracts.
- Collaborate with integration teams on Oracle HCM interfaces and data flows.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical and functional issues.
- Support payroll and time-related data conversions and reconciliation activities.

- Hands-on implementation and support experience in Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management.
- Strong experience with HDL data uploads and data conversion activities.
- Extensive experience developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Exposure to integrations and Oracle HCM ecosystem.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
