Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the store operations, including staff management & customer service.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Supervise shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring processes to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to maximize profitability.
- Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in liquor management or restaurant management with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
