Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. As key members of our store, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers locate products and make recommendations to suit specific needs.
- Operate a cash register, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and restocking inventory.
- Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
-Availability on nights and weekends a MUST.
-Observe ALL laws/regulations regarding the sale of wine & spirits
Experience
- Previous experience working in a retail environment is a plus.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Familiarity with a point-of-sale system and basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
