What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wine shop stock associate (Part Time) position at Wine & Spirits Discount Warehouse?
The Wine & Spirits Discount Warehouse is seeking a part time stock employee mainly for closing shifts and weekend closing shift (shift hours are approximately 5pm - 9pm during the week and 5pm-10pm Friday and Saturday).
We can discuss working around your full-time job if you have one.
Must have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced and tight team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pack out Uboats to keep shelves stocked
- Organizing shelves by pulling bottles forward so they are easily accessible to customers.
- Daily cleaning of store (bathrooms, toilets, garbage, sweeping/ moping)
- Help e-commerce team pack orders
- Other duties to keep product on shelf & assist customers
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 lb box up/ down stairs.
- Must have a customer-friendly attitude, professional and well-spoken
- Must be available to work weekends, closing shifts and holidays
Skills/Qualifications:
- Has knowledge of commonly-used stocking concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the stock room associate.
- Works well under immediate supervision and is a team player.
- Preference will be given to anyone with liquor store experience.
