We’re looking for an energetic and professional Part-Time Cashier / Customer Service Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to every customer.
- Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and ID verification for age compliance.
- Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Support online order fulfillment, including packing, labeling, and curbside pickup.
- Follow all company policies and legal requirements for alcohol sales and responsible service.
- Assist with special events, tastings, and promotional displays as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred; wine & spirits knowledge is a plus (but we’ll train the right person).
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to handle alcohol sales.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
