Wine Down Neighborhood Bistro, located in Cambridge Square in Ooltewah, TN, is looking to hire an experienced PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team!
We are a locally owned, busy neighborhood bistro serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour, and dinner seven days a week. We are currently hiring for our evening dinner service (PM shift).
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, operates with integrity and professionalism, and understands the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation during busy dinner service.
- Someone who leads by example and takes pride in preparing great food.
- Enjoys working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintains a clean, organized workstation and follows proper food safety procedures.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
