About the Role
As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you’ll lead dynamic and engaging classes tailored to a variety of skill levels. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance their overall physical wellness. This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion for Pilates while being part of a supportive and health-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Pilates Reformer classes, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Tailor exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels and individual needs.
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and the benefits of Pilates.
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere in every session.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and body mechanics.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Certification in Pilates instruction is highly preferred.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
