Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Northbrook, IL. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced, food manufacturing company. You’ll support customer interactions, manage orders and invoicing, and have the opportunity to contribute to marketing and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate product, order, and shipping information while ensuring every interaction reflects our friendly, customer-first approach.
  • Support wholesale and e-commerce customers with order entry, updates, and issue resolution.

Order & Invoice Management:

  • Process and manage wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle custom and special orders, coordinating internally to ensure fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and process invoices and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and customer communications.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

  • Assist in managing brand social media accounts by responding to comments and messages and helping create engaging posts.
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with our brand voice and values.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics and customer feedback from social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, promotions, and email communication.

Administrative Support:

  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed.
  • Support e-commerce operations including Shopify product listings, order updates, and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Shopify, social media platforms, or a marketing internship a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support helpful but not required.
