Hours: Windy City is currently seeking part time seasonal workers for spring, summer and fall season. Weekly hours vary, average 15-25 with opportunity for more hours during high season summer and fall. The Greeter position is a Part-Time/On-Call position scheduling 24 hours in advance of shift. Being flexible with your available hours is key to your success and ours.
Location: Greeter can work various on-site locations throughout Chicagoland, the suburbs and primary locations at Midway and Chicago O?Hare Airports.
POSITION SUMMARY: Greeter is the first point of contact for our customers who range from everyday athletes, actors/actresses, television personalities, politicians or other elite citizens. GREETER create the first impression about Windy City Limousine which requires a clean, neat, and pressed uniform, friendly and positive personality, demeanour and attitude in order to provide superior customer service. GREETER must have the ability to assist and provide information about our transportation services, the surrounding local attractions, and sites of interest and guide passengers to their Windy City vehicle and chauffeur. While waiting with our customer/passenger, keep your conversation lite, simple and attentive. As a GREETER you will spend your day walking and moving around the airport, event location while assisting and gathering passengers directing them to Windy City Limousine vehicles!
