What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled PM services on HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, exhaust/makeup air), Refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines), Cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, etc.)
- Follow company PM checklists and procedures consistently
- Inspect, clean, adjust, and test equipment for proper operation
- Identify worn or failing components before breakdown occurs
- Document deficiencies clearly with supporting notes/photos
- Complete accurate service reports in real time
- Capture opportunities for repair quotes or system upgrades
- Represent the company professionally on-site
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- JOB DUTIES TO EVOLVE WITH POSITION AND GROWTH OF THE COMPANY
- 1 year of education and/or hands-on experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Commercial Food Service Equipment
- 2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- CFESA or OEM certifications
