Duties
- Operate carnival rides, games, and attractions safely while maintaining high standards of guest safety and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and assisting with attraction access
- Manage guest flow efficiently, ensuring smooth operation during peak times and resolving any issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales, game winnings, or food purchases with integrity and attention to detail
- Enforce safety rules and regulations, including conflict management when necessary to ensure a secure environment
- Assist with food service operations at concession stands or snack booths, maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
- Engage guests through public speaking or entertainment activities to enhance their overall experience
Experience
- Prior experience in events management or working in a hospitality or resort setting is highly desirable
- Background in conflict management and guest services to handle diverse situations with professionalism
- Experience working with children and providing engaging entertainment or theater-related activities
