Job Description:
This position offers an hourly opportunity within a home setting for school-aged children: Behavioral Intervention Services and Parent Training.
Our commitment is to deliver exceptional behavioral treatment to individuals in need. Prospective candidates should apply only if they possess the physical capability to effectively manage challenging behaviors. Comprehensive training and supervision will be provided by a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Applicants are expected to have fundamental knowledge and experience in:
- Behavioral Data Collection
- Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
- Collaboration within a team environment, including administrators and other service providers
- Receptivity to Feedback
Further training will be provided, with hours accrued in this role applicable towards RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, or LBA certifications. Opportunities for advancement within the agency, such as school-based behavior consultant roles, are also available.
We offer competitive hourly rates, typically exceeding those of other local agencies in the behavior/ABA services sector. Compensation is commensurate with direct experience, relevant degrees, and certifications. Credentials unrelated to our mission are not considered in compensation offers.
Job Type: Part-time/Full Time Pay Range: $24-$30 per hour Expected Hours: Monday- Wednesday 10 am to 3pm and Friday 10am to 3pm- 20 hours per week
